DH and I were invited to my friend's sons 1 First birthday party. Its at a restaurant....what should I get for him? I never went to a first birthday.

Maybe a GC to toys r us ???
For my son's first bday he got alot of toys and cloths. ( it was very very small at my mils home) and a few GC's for old navy, Toys R us, and the gap.
My sister had it at a restaurant and got some cash, gfs and toys.. alot of the toys were doubles so she really liked have the GC's and being able to pick out what she wanted.

If you don't know what to get a gift certificate is always the best thing to get to toys r us or call and hask the parents what they want for the baby
