maybe a fancy sweater if you want long sleeves or a nice shiny tank with an overlay blouse I know what Im thinking in my mind can you visualize it? I just can not explain it right. Something like a shell with maybe a shawl over it not to fancy but not to plain either.

i think a nice dressy top and black slacks and heels and maybe a poncho or schawl would be great
I bet you can wear dress pants with a dressy sweater, like one with some sequins or decorative design.
