what to wear to a semi-formal wedding?

it's in 2 weeks and i have no idea what semi-formal means.

it literally says on invite: semi-formal/black tie optional/uniform optional

would any of these 3 be ok?

is it ok that there is white on the dress?

what does FH wear?

i like the black and white one best. I think white on a dress is okay so long is there is no way to confuse it as the brides dress. I wore and white and green polka dress to my cousins wedding. There is no way a bride would wear it and she thought it was really cute.

I think any of those would be fine. I really like the 1st one.
As for FH- khakis a sports jacket and a button down would be fine.

I LOVE THEM ALL!!!!!! Esp the pink one. But I choose the black/white one b/c it seems more 'formal' to me.
I love the macy's junior dept. i always find cute dresses there!
