Our dress is the same for our holiday party.... A dressy top, with nice pants is OK... I wouldn't go formal or anything. Things I have worn..... 1. knee length black skirt with black boots and a red shimmery button down top from Lerners. 2. black pants (like from one of my nicer suits) with a pretty wrap style shirt

For DH's christmas party I got some nice velour pants, a satin/lacy camisole, and a cashmere cardigan.
