What type of edging does your veil have?

Debating between:
fine embroidered edge

heavy embroidered edge

Satin cord edge

mine had the first kind- i didnt want edging taking away from my gown

The simpler the better- not to take away from your dress

I too had a raw edge so it would not take away from my dress, but I do like the first one the best from those that you posted.

I am doing something similar to the satin cord edge.
My dress is lace with a satin trim at the waist so I wanted my veil to pick that up.

I just ordered mine today and I got the 1st one, elbow length, with a 'splash' of pearls.

Mine has a cut edge with scattered crystals and pearls, again not to take away from the dress. Also keep in mind that the heavier the edging, the more the veil will 'curl' (just look at the photos you posted to see what I mean). That might help you determine what look you like.

I have a rolled satin edge. I saw one with a rhinestone edge that was really pretty, then one with a pearl edge, but in the end, the simplicity of the rolled satin just matched my dress best.

I got mine from veilshop.com too. It has a fine emroidered edge. I was torn btwn the same 3, and them narrowed it downto teh 2 embroidered ones. My dress has an organza overlay, so at the botom it was a little edge, wher eits hemmed & I was tryign to echo that, & I thought the heavy might be too thick. The fine is a little thin, but still noticeable.

Does your dress have any detail on it?
