I am on the lookout for some foundation, it seems like every one I find whether cheap or expensive, winds up looking unnatural. How do you make sure that it will look right in sunlight, since it seems like whenever I choose one in the store and I wear it out it never matches. Any suggestions for a good foundation? Thanks in advance!

Re: What type of foundation do you use?
I wear Clinque's perfectly real foundation. I really like the look. It is light, but still gives me the coverage that I want and lasts all day.
Also, I have tried Bare MInerals. I liked the lightness of it, but found it hard to match my skintone.

I use Mac's Hyper Real...
It gives off a nice natural glow and it's very light and lasts.

Cosmedicine (at Sephora) Tinted Moisturizer in light. It has SPF 25 and antioxidants...it's like an all in one multitasker!

I use Clarins Multi Matte. It's great for my sensitive, fair skin. It does look a little too matte (I bought it originally for the stage), clarins has another onem, can't remember the name, that's a little bit dewier and I might switch to that.

Re: What type of foundation do you use?
I used to use the bare minerals line but recently switched to Philosophy's The Supernatural airbrush canvas. It's a powder foundation like the bare minerals foundation but it is SO much easier to apply because the powder is dispensed by a sponge that is attached to the top of the jar. And it has SPF15 in it too. I definitely recommend it!

I do not use foundation on my face. I just use studio fix powder by MAC.
I use the Loreal True Match and I love it. Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer rocks too.

i honestly like infallible by Loreal
That's what I am using at the moment.--in Classic Ivory. I find it so difficult to find a color to match me. This is good though.
I am intrigued by the Bare Minerals stuff though. . .

Re: What type of foundation do you use?
I was using Bare Essentuals, but now I'm intrigued by Philosophy's stuff... Love to hear more about that...
But now... I wear Revlons new 'Color Stay' foundation and I love it cuz it's super light and stays on ALL DAY LONG. I'll touch up my redness with Bare Essentuals concealer and their mineral veil... flawless coverage.
I've realized (for me) that I have to mix and match certain products to get the look I want.
