What Type of Jewelry with this dress?

I am interested in getting jewelry for my bridesmaids to wear for the wedding. But I am a little stuck on what to get them, pearls or crystals, Necklace no necklace etc.

Here is a pic. of the dress (the dress is actually a little darker than this)

i wore a bm dress similar to that. my SIL gave us necklace and earing set. they were pearls. ivory and gray with swarovski crystals in btwn. they matched sooo nice.

Does it matter that I am not wearing pearls and I have no pearls in my dress or anything?

no i don't think so....i think something nice and simple would go well with the dress.

depending on your girls taste, but i think a crystal necklace would look nice, something like this to spice it up a bit

how about something like this

oohhh i think this would go great. I was in a wedding a couple weeks ago and the bride gave us similar necklaces and she wore no pearls. I think this would look great!
