I would not wear one at all. It is nice enough that you don't need anything on the neck.

I kinda agree. I have a similar dress with the subtle beading and ruffled bottom and I am planning on doing just a bracelet and earrings. I feel like the dress make a big enough statement that you don't need to accessorize too much. If you really want to do a necklace, than a simple drop necklace.

i would do a simple drop either diamond or pearl or maybe something small thats a mix of both - i definitely would do something small and understated since your dress alot of detail (beautiful detail i might add! i love those ruffles!)
