Re: what vendors did you book so far
I narrowed it down to 2 RH's - did tastings at both, picked the better tasting... even thoiugh it was more expensive per person... food is the most impt part for us... With your two RHs, you hit the jackpot with the one you picked, IMO. For me, I think the food is excellent at both..lol. What's a girl to do?
pick your second most important thing to choose from?

pick your second most important thing to choose from? In that case, I'll end up going with CB...I'm still sooo in love with that place. Riviera too! They're both so different! But, my official tasting at Riviera is on Sept. 4th, CB doesn't do tastings until after you book so, we'll be picking the place soon enough.

CB is more of a modern look that I know FH will be sold on. I'll probably let him choose. It's too hard for me. It will come down to the food..the prices aren't that much different in my opinion.

It's not to early to book a florist??
I met with a couple florists at a showcase & they said they needed to know about bridesmaid dresses & colors. I figured I would wait till next yr

For some reason FH wanted me to set up florist appointments. It's very silly what he gets excited about. I told him it was pretty early to talk to florists, but we know pretty much what we need and how much. I already have my colors and style picked out. And she said that the deposit holds the day and I can make changes up until about 2 weeks before the wedding. So I'm not locked into any specific style if I want to change something.

Re: what vendors did you book so far
Just booked with florist last week!
So far, we have photographer, DJ, photo-booth.
Since we are both busy grad students, we've done most of the wedding planning in between semesters. For now, trying to get the major stuff out the way.
