$58 pp plus tax and gratuity for a Friday night in July at the Meadow Club (guarantee of 125 people). Wow! I feel good about that!

We're paying $100 per person at Floral Terrace and we have to guarantee 150 people. But we're probably going to have 200. So about $20,000

Edited to say that this is for a Sunday night in May 2004.

We paid $85 pp (that's with Tax & Gratuity) for a Sunday night in August at The Meadow Club with a 135 person guarentee (we had about 160). That was for full cocktail hour, sit-down dinner, and full vienniese hour.

$120 pp + tax and service charge just lowered the guarantee to 165 on a Saturday night at the Milleridge

$150 pp and we had to guarantee 240.. and even that was a pain cause we got the main ballroom and we had to neg. with them cause they usually charge a site fee if it's less then their required minimum of 300! luckily we were able to get them to not charge us one..

$79 pp (Gratuities included) for a Sat Nite- September at Coral House. We have to guarantee them 115ppl. Our limit is 130. Pray we do not go over.

We're paying $130pp +tax/gratuity for Sunday twilight at the Hamlet in Commack. Guarantee is 150 people. And I thought I could pull off this whole wedding for $25000!
