Re: What was the cost of....

$110 pp, but with additions we're at $120 pp (not including service charge & tax.)

+$3500 site fee

We were never quoted a minimum. They just asked us what we thought our minimum number of guests would be and we estimated 125. We're now inviting 150 guests and I'm sure that will increase over the next year.

Oops, I forgot...it's for a Saturday Night reception @ The Bourne Mansion.

Re: What was the cost of....

The price we are paying at East Wind is $80 per person with a minimum of 150 for a Friday night in April. This includes a one hour cocktail hour (so much food it would take up the entire page), a four hour reception dinner, and a viennese room. Sometimes the halls will bargain with you so try to get something thrown in.

Re: What was the cost of....

We are paying $95 pp but with a few add-ons it will probably be $105 plus tax and gratuity. The minimum guarentee is 100 (we'll probably have about 130). It's for a Sunday afternoon at the Vanderbilt Mansion.
