What was the first thing that attracted you to your FH?

I saw this on the 07 boards and thought it was a cute question.

Well at first seeing him, i thought he was cute We were with friends going to go see the Matrix 3. We went to Toy's R Us first. FH was jacked up on coffee/espresso/cappacino (he worked nights and hadnt slept at all that friday). SO at Toys R Us, he ran down the aisle and nearly knocked me over. Then going to the movies, our friends made us sit together. They were trying to get us to hold hands throughout the movies, but he said he wasnt going to because I had a Boyfriend and he didnt want to do anything like that. If that was to change give him a call. The following tuesday I broke up with my BF and started seeing FH!

So at the end of the long story, i think it was the bump at Toys R us He was also sweet about the whole thing

HE arrived at my party that i was throwing for his nephew's bands first demo release at my apartment. He showed up with his band flyers and i was making fun of him for shameless promotional work at a little dinky party. I looked at him and said you look cool lets go out for a cig. We went outside and wouldn't stop talking and just drank, smoke tons of cigs (smoked at the time now i have quit for over three years) and I realized I forgot my current bf at the time inside with other people IoI

Needless to say we just kinda clicked, so it was more personality then anything that attracted me to him.

Wow, this is going to sound really lame-o....I'm such a dork.

Aside from being physically attracted to him (he's my Adrien Brody ) I was immediately attracted to his intelligence (we met at work - our previous job). I was amazed at how dedicated he was to his job. He had/has such a passion for it, and I really love that about him. He puts his heart into EVERYTHING that he cares about - work, school, me, his family.

He's also amazing around kids. One of the first weeks I started working at the office, someone brought in their 3 year old son. He was AMAZING with him. Just wanted to play with him!

Any man who has a good head on his shoulers, is easy on the eyes, has a big heart, and loves kids is a KEEPER in my eyes

i thought he was hot and totally out of my league so it was more of the chase that made it fun and i thought it would be a fun hook up... who knew wed get married!!! (i was in high school wasnt looking for anything serious)

his height is what made me do a double take. i'm a sucker for a tall drink of water (he's 6'2 and i'm barely 5'2... however i'm always in heels).

we were introduced at a party a good friend of mine was throwing and he was the new kid that didn't know anyone... after talking to him, i was really attracted to how polite he was, opening doors, letting me go first, always keeping my beer ful

after getting to know him beyond that night, i really saw the loyalty he had and how he is sensitive yet passionate about things. all things still hold true to why i find him so amazing, only now the list goes on and on... ::sigh:: i think it's loooove

He was actually my brothers friend. We hung out a few times already and he was really funny. But I didn't really like him at first. But then he asked me to go to his prom with him. So I said yes. And we went on our first date to the movies, We hit it off great!!!. And then 7 years later we got engaged!!!!

His cousin and my best friend were actually dating when we met.
Since I was usually the third wheel, he came over one night to hang out after coming home from his them girlfriends house.
He had the biggest smile on his face when he said hello to me.... I melted.

We became best friends, since eventually my best friend and his cousin no longer hung out with us (they wanted to be alone).. and three years later we realized.. something more than being just friends was going on...

and we will be getting married a little before knowing eachother for 10 years.

definitely thought he was cute & that hes tall. i love tall men!! we actually met in the mall!! he bumped right into me & we started talking & we hit it off!!

I met FH back in HS when we were on the Robotics Team together. We would hang out at competitions and stuff and talk online, but nothing much beyond that. I wasn't really into him enough to try and pursue him, but the thought was always kinda there (he was waaayyyy to shy to come after me even if he wanted to).

After I graduated HS we would talk online every once in a while, but months would go by where we wouldn't talk and then occassionally one of us would say 'hey.' He graduated HS a year after I did, and when he began his first semester at college, we just began talking again, except this time, I was really falling for him. He would tell me scary stories online, and talk about classical music and send me songs. We would spend hours just telling each other riddles (we are total dorks). Finally, I decided to hang out with him. I was afraid to because since he never dated anyone before, I didn't want to mess up his view on girls forever if things didn't work out between us plus since he's painfully shy and I'm pretty shy, it was gonna make keeping up a conversation really hard.

My mom loves to tell people how the day I hung out with him, before I left I told her I was just hanging out with some guy from HS, no big whoop, but when I came home, she could see in my eyes how everything changed. It was just love at second sight! We couldn't stop talking and laughing and I just knew that I'd be with him forever. He really is the best thing that ever happened to me.

We met online, and exchanged pictures. I thought he was cute, and when we met in person, it definately was not love at first sight.
But his eyes, is what got me, they are green and im a sucker for green eyes!

Well since we met online...and I found his pic....it was his smile! He had this amazingly friendly and warm smile that I loved-and still do!! We wrote for 2 months before meeting so thru his emails it was how he paid attention to the smallest of comments I made. He was sincere and full of funny stories and interested in me and not just ' when can we meet' or 'we just started talking online - let's go out'. There was no rush and it was fun to get to know him that way first.

After we met in person it was like a fairytale. Here was this amazing guy I had been writing to for so long and he wasn't some weirdo in person and he was everything and more in person. I couldn't believe how lucky I was to have 'found' such a catch!

I saw Fi at a club about 6-7 years ago. He began dancing so I started watching him dance because he was such a great dancer and I was very impressed. I also thought he was so hot. Then sometime after that, he started delivering for this italian restaurant I used to always order food from. I used to always see him out and thought he was so hot but honestly didn't even think he knew i existed.

Then one night I was out at a club with a friend and he was there. She knew him so she went over to say hello and talk to him. I knew the two friends he was with so I said hello to them and talked to them. His friend started asking me questions about what I thought of FI. Fi then came over and asked me to go to the bar and get a drink. When he introduced himself, and I said who I was, he was like yeah I know who you are Denise. I thought he was just being stupid, but he was like yeah you live on this street and this avenue right in the middle of the block and went on saying all these other things. I honestly couldn't believe it. Then when I drove him home that night, i realized we grew up two blocks away from eachother. So all these years this kid I thought was so hot, and for some reason always remembered, lived right by me, wish I wouldve known lol.

His dancing ability definitely caught my eye first. I also loved his look, he just had this unique quality. His eyes were probably the second thing I noticed, he has nice bedroom eyes, and those damn eyebrows, i am so jealous and he doesnt even wax, its not fair hahaha.

definitely his sense of humor

i 14 when we met and he started hanging out with our group of friends. . . the rest of the guys were all guys i had known since kindergarten so i was kind of used to them and their idea of humor was making fun of me. . . lol

at first i wasnt really attracted to him, just thought he was cute but seriously every time he made a joke i would crack up for like hours. . .

after a while it was just embarassing bc i would be laughing the longest and the loudest out of everyone - eventually i got up the courage to tell one of his friends that i liked him - he got my number and the rest is history

I always have to remind myself that i fell in love with his humor first. . . bc i tend to be a little bit of a nag when he make jokes ( you know, 'aww stop thats not nice' etc - what opie and anthony would call 'the hole' LOL)

well i met him on myspace, then when i went to visit rochester to look for my apt, i actually met him (when i was drunk, at a porn store then hung out at a wal mart parking lot lol!) ..

but what got me was the first thing he said to be was 'is this ghetto?' and gave me this smile and i fell in love ...

my friend asked him earlier online if he dressed ghetto ... but he was wearing a backwards had, jeans a sweater w/ a leather jacket, and my god, did he take my breath away!!!!!

that and he loved my friends, and we were drunk and stupid .. acting like idiots, one was dressed in this REDICULOUS my HILARIOUS outfit and he cracked up... and my friends liked him .. so it was a plus..

I was immediately attracted to his look. He always carried himself well. He also always took care of his body.

We met college. I was dating one of the guys that he was friends with. Anyway after a few months me and the other guy broke up and Joe and I became close friends. After a while he began leaving notes for me with pepperimnt patties on my truck. Whenevere I saw him my face would lite up. He was always so thoughtful and giving. I have a great guy who goes above and beyond for me. I love him!
