Re: what was the hardest..
am i terrible person if i say my mother?? shes just so damn opinionated!! we really just have complete opposite tastes in everything and were both so vocal about it so thats making things a little difficult
and hands down HOTEL BLOCKS ARE AWFUL!!! why are they so hard to book?? or is it just me?

Re: what was the hardest..
Narrowing down the guest list... We were at 365 and were aiming to invite 300. We finalized at 307

Dealing with everyone's opinions and trying to make everyone happy
this and finding a reasonably priced florist!
for a florist try Hidden Essence.. I told Michelle what I liked & she knew INSTANTLY very reasonable prices & so beyond nice!!
ETA
I also agree that dealing with opinions is that hardest part so far!!

Nothing has honestly been very hard at all. If I had to pick something I guess I would say paying for it LOL. Though, thankfully, the wedding will be paid of in full before the big day, it's still always tough handing those checks over to vendors.

Hardest part has been trying to get FH to be as excited as I am despite the fact that he's freaking out over the cost since we're paying for it ourselves! We have had a bunch of fights because of the money situation. To him it's just one night of our lives and we shouldn't be spending so much on it.
Luckily, he's let me get what I want so far... but I did have to sacrifice some things.
Wow that's my story lol

Re: what was the hardest..
I must be the most difficult person ever. My dress and bm dresses were hands down the hardest. I still dont have a dress and im unhappy with my bm dress color. It has been a long hard road down attire lane. My guest list is probably next up.
The easy stuff so far has been my hotel block, Limos, DJ, DOC, florist and invitation person. Choosing these vendors was pretty pain free.. maybe it will be harder when it gets closer and i have to decide what i want.
I am so scared to even begin with little details etc.
ETA: lets not forget that FH keeps changing his mind about wanting to go to greece
