Recently- Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, they put on a great show!

HEY !!! I was there too!!
We went the day that Poe Opened for them.
(I actually like Poe so i think I was the only one who knew her songs).

Only concert I've EVER been to where they offered Champagne!!!

We were the second section on center floor.

LOVED the neon stuff!

I was there too! DH is a bigger fan than me, though... AND some girl behind me spilled that damn champagne down my back!! So I didn't enjoy that part!

BTW, Faith No More was one of my FAVORITE bands and I never got to see them. Same with Nirvana... I had a chance to go when I was in high school but didn't, because I was a goody-two shoes and I knew my mom wouldnt let me go on a school night!! I should have gone anyway since he died only a few months later.

I went to that concert too!

Elton John, Destinys Child, Billy Joel were all really good...but the BEST was NSYNC!!!! Don't laught, they put on a great show!

DURAN DURAN 1993 Jones Beach...they had an opera set designer make their sets and it was like an opera with their songs!!!!

Duran Duran in Nov was great...b/c they were all back and it was so small and intimate

Ramones...Debbie Harry...Tom Tom Club...it was great b/c David Byrne came out with the Tom Tom club and it was like a mini Talking Heads show!!!

4. Stevie Nicks

So many choices... let's see, Depeche Mode (I saw them 4-5 times), REM in 1988, Elliott Smith (RIP) in 1996, INXS (RIP again!) in 1988. Glad to see so many Depeche fans here!!!!

I also wish I went to see Nirvana when I had teh chance...

Billy Joel at Nassau - 5th row center. He's so much fun, I miss him!!

Bruce Springsteen at Giants Stadium, 10th row center. Speechless.

U2 at Continental - Elevation Tour. I secretly want Larry Mullen to father my children. LOL.

Black Crowes at Irving Plaza - just completely rocked. It's weird though because I went to see them again a month later and they were horrible. They ran very hot and cold.

Bon Jovi at the Tradewinds - this was a tour announcement show, only like 400 people got to go (whatever can fit in the Tradewinds). I got to stay 'backstage' with my boss, which basically meant standing off the side of the stage by the 'dressing room'. Then we got to hang out with them after the show. Very fun, even though I'm not a big Bon Jovi fan. lol. I'd like Richie Sambora to be the father of my other child however.

Billy Joel in December 1999 at Nassau Colisseum. He puts on a great show! I didn't get to see the Elton John/Billy Joel show. I really wanted to see it.

OZ fest 2000 i think it could have been 2001 I can't remember my car still has mud on the ceiling from this one

There are a couple:

1. U2 at the Meadowlands in 1987
2. Duran Duran at MSG in 1987 ( I guess it was a good year for concerts).
3. Duran Duran this November - I felt like I was back in 1987 again.
4. INXS - we saw them the last time they played NY before he killed himself
5. U2 at MSG right after 9/11 - totally an overwhelming emotional show.

I'm sure there are more, but those are the top....

Any Depeche Mode, Dead and Phish show that I've been to was always a great show.

Pink Floyd at Giants Stadium (or was it Meadowlands??)
Bruce Springsteen (Though I'll never admit that to my FH) at Giants Stadium (or was it Meadowlands??)
Radiohead at MSG
Tori Amos at Radio City
U2 in '92 (Clearly NJ confuses me so I don't remember if it was at GS or the Meadowlands...)

Depeche Mode back in 92 or 93...front row at MSG it was incredible.

As far as performances go I would say Madonna. She puts on a great show.

Dave Matthews and Beastie Boys were fun shows to be at. Live music was great.

THE DEAD 1990 - Amazing...not just the 'show' but the 'show' i.e., environment. I've never been to a show where everyone was soo cool and not all tarted out.

Queensryche/Operation Mindcrime tour 1991. Blow me away please!!

Oh YEAH and the MOTHER of all shows - KISS reunion tour 1996 - Holy cow!! Rocked off my a$$!!!
