what was your favorite unique hors d'oeuve at a wedding? i get to design my menu and i'm very excited...just curious what stands out in your minds?

i dont know if it is considered 'unique' but i love love mashed potatoes bars. That was priory for us bc we love them sooo much!

I have to agree love mashed potato bars. I love sushi and any fish really also.

Mashed potatoes bars are awesome!! We had these really good chicken skewers wrapped in bacon with a honey mustard/dijon/kinda spicy sauce LOL -yummy!
