What was your initial reaction when your FI proposed??

I ask if he was jocking? even thought he was shacking in one knee and with a ring in his hands.
And then I start crying (happy cry) like for 1/2 and I had to sit down.

I thought he was kidding...i was screaming 'this is a lie! stop lying, this is so mean!' then i realized he was serious and i screamed and we laughed...it was great

OMG I kept saying 'you're joking right?' 'this isnt for real' .... I did that for a good 5 mins ... and then he was like well whats you're answer .. and the rest is history i didnt cry, but i laughed uncontrollably... perfect reaction from me

I knew my FH was going to propose so it wasn't much of a secret. I even helped him pick out the ring. I wish it would have been a surprise

We were together for a long time and I knew it HAD to be coming but I was really surprised. I was also shocked because we were in a hot air balloon with the 'pilot', I didn't think I even smiled because I was in such shock but the pilot took pictures and I had the biggest smile on my face.

i knew b/c i snooped lol and i was nervous. i was so happy that i was i shock i thought he was kinding too.. LOL

I said NO WAY!! Then cried then he had to ask again if I would marry him and of course I said YES!!!

I was in shock and started crying because we never really talk about getting married.

I thought he was joking because it was written in the sand and I thought it was for someone else and he was acting silly but I guess he was acting silly because he was nervous and when he took out the ring I knew it was for real so i started crying!

I took the ring and put it on myself! He didn't even have a chance to get down on his knee with it! We were at the Coney Island fireworks show... I dont think anyone knew I was getting proposed to, they probably just thought fire works make those two want to kiss a lot!

That sounds like me, I didnt get it yet but, I am hopinghe will surprise me some how!!!

I said 'are you serious?' and then I started talking about the ring! hahahah. I didn't cry, but it was kinda surreal. It felt like we were in our own world, as corny as that sounds!!

i dont know yet!! we set the date and started looking are even booking our photog on monday..but i dont have the ring and he hasnt officially asked me. but.. i will have it this week!! so ill answer this week =)
