Last Christmas FI got me 40 sessions with a personal trainer that came to the house!!!!! That was the best!!!!

since we were apart for 6 months b/c of distance in january FH came to NY for a month. that was the best xmas present.

When I was 8, my mom had a miniature house built with working windows, doors, a roof, mini fridge, stove, table, etc. It was beyond amazingly nice and I know it must have cost a fortune...but we had to leave it behind when moving to NY. That was the saddest thing ever. I will always remember that Christimas as my very best.

Growing up, my parents really stuggled to provide for us. They knew how badly I wanted a cabbage patch kid, but I never asked them for it because I knew they werent able to afford it. But low and behold, my parents were able to get it for me at the nick of time, Christmas Eve. To this day I still have my cabbage patch kid It always reminds me that even when we were in hard times, they still tried to give me the very best.

Well this is going to sound cheesy, but when I was little I wanted an easy bake oven in the worst way, my mom never bought it, it was to messy or I could get hurt. Well I told DH when we started dating. 8 months later for christmas he bought it. I almost knocked him over when I hugged him, I still havent used it, but just the fact he remembered was enough. I still have it 71/2 years later

I've gotten a lot of great gifts over the years, but my favorite was a picture of the night sky over Ireland the night we got engaged. My DH had writte on it 'The night the stars looked down upon us and smiled'

FYI, we got engaged in Dublin .
