I was originally planning on spluring on a Rolex for him (he LOVESwatches) but money has gotten very tight and I have 1/2 the budget --if that...so I might down grade the watch a bit!!!
Any other ideas?

I am probably going to get him a nice watch...and PS3 if I really think I can deal with him having one. Otherwise I dont know. He keeps saying he wants to get a new computer so I may just get him a gift card to best buy or a place that he would buy a new one. I dont know Im kind of lost on this one

I got my FH this Movado watch he wanted. Its pretty sharp...I like a lot!!

I am thinking of getting my FH a watch, but he has to let me know what he wants. Since your FH likes watches you might want to check out Red Envelope. Com. They have a couple of watches and they also have a watch winder as well as a leather watch case. Hope this helps.

I thought about getting him one of those GPS gadgets for the car (he's not so great with directions), but make it a cutsey love gift, like 'we'll never be lost as long as we're together' sort of thing.

For those of you who's FH has more than one watch........how about a watch case or a wind up watch case? They sell one at Macy's so you can go online to see what I am talking about. Many other places have them.
As far as a gift for FH- he's getting me and i'm way more than he can handle

i was planning on getting hime a vintage video game system since he collects them, but in the past year he's gotten the two that he really wanted so that idea's kinda out. he really wants a hd flat screen too, so that's a possibility, but in all honesty i think we're gonna be so short on money with this wedding that it may have to wait. we want a wedding and a house before anything else, so i think the gifts are gonna happen if there's extra - which i don't see there being right now... =0P

OMG!!! that would be so cute!!! I love that 'we'll never be lost as long as we're together'!!! he's wanted a GPS forever, and I've told him it's too expensive, so that would prob. really surprise him if I got him one.
I already got him a pocketwatch (with an inscription from me) since he doesn't wear watches (he's an electrician).....even though he'll probably only use the pocketwatch on our wedding day, I just liked it!! I also got him cufflinks engraved w/ his initials.

I gave him myself. That was my gift. His gift to me was our honeymoon. We exchanged letters the night before the wedding....which we read that morning while getting ready. That was the best gift I ever could have asked for.....and i'll have it forever.

I am broke so I'm just going to get him some airplane cufflinks (he's an airplane fanatic). If I come into some $$ by then, I'd get him a Breitling watch that he's been wanting for years.

i got him a 32 inch LCD tv when we got engaged...so for the wedding, i may get him a david wright autograph jersey...hes really wanted one. and as a gag gift im getting him a pair or warm socks in case he gets 'cold feet'.

We're giving each other as our wedding gift to one another the Nintendo Wii. We both want it and since we are spending a fortune on this wedding, we thought it would be a perfect wedding gift. We are both video game freaks so to us, this is an absolute perfect gift.
