mine was 'SHUT THE FUUCK UP!!' and then 'GET THE FUUCK OUTTA HERE!!!' He was like 'ummmm is that a yes?'

'Are you serious' Oh my God' and then yes!!! And then, but my moms not here! My mom and husband were 'away' and werent supposed to come back until the next day but she knew all along and everyone was back at FH's house waitng for us!

'OMG OMG I love you' and then i started kissing and hugging him and he was like....'is that a yes?'..and i was like 'of course'..and i kept kissing him and 'he's like can i get up?' and I'm like 'ohh sorry'..and he's like 'do you want to put the ring on?' I was like 'omg it's perfect'...he's like 'put it on!'

I kinda knew it was coming so i wasnt surprised, but i was still very happy

for some reason, he was a little nervous and when he opened the ring, he didnt ask me

so i said- you have to ask me...lol

We were on a cruise and i already knew he was going to propose at some point during the trip...so i was like just waiting for it...he drove me nuts. I thought it would happen the first night, but he made me wait.

so day 2 comes and i was sort of kind of upset that he didnt do it yet. It was the night of the stupid cruise dinner thing so i went to the spa to have my hair cut and colored (omg awesome job too...too bad the girl was from australia) so i came back and got dressed and he got dressed and he goes...

GET MY WATCH OUT OF THE SAFE FOR ME, I FORGOT...

so i rolled my eyes (he forgets everything all the time) and i open the safe and there was the box with my ring!

WELL...i SLAMMED the safe shut and freaked out i was like WAS I SUPPOSED TO SEE THAT??? OMG **** WHAT DID I DO?? and he starts cracking up and got the ring out of the safe and got down on one knee while im laughing hysterical and crying hysterical and he asked, and i was like IM SHAAAAAAKKKKKKKINNNNNNGGGGGGG and he's like that didn't really answer the question and i was like YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

I said 'Get out' 'Are you serious' and I just kept saying 'NO WAY are you kidding' My head literally was spinning and I had to sit down or I was going to faint. and everyone around said Well, YOU never answered HIM!!!..LOL and then I sais yes of course I will.

09 crashing... i had the exact same reaction!!! i was like yea.. this is a joke ur playing... thats a fake ring... LOL And i did almost faint the next day actually .... all the excitement, callin people, etc etc

Well, when he first kneeled down, I actually KNEELED DOWN next to him and said 'Who are we hiding from?'

After I got up and he actually asked me, i said the ever popular 'Are you serious?' followed by 'No f*cking way!'

That has to be the best proposal story of all time

LOL Can you imagine how nervous our FH's were??? We all made them more nervous I'm sure! lol Great thread idea!

I totally agree!! FH says that he was watching me walk in through the slats in the wall (we were doing demo on our house) and he started to get so nervous that he almost didn't do it then!!!

It's cute to see them so vulnerable!

I just cried- I couldnt even speak I just kept staring down at him and crying! Then a few hours later he was like-- did you say yes?
