programs - would still have

guestbook - would probably do w/out since we had people signing around our picture - very few signed the guestbook

tears of joy packs - we didnt have this to begin with

favors - would defnitely have

aisle runner - had & would have again

grooms cake - did not have but after seeing pics after we were married of all the cool ideas - I feel a bit remiss about not doing one

Well I didn't have my wedding yet, but I am not planning on doing any of those things. I don't even know what they are are (a tear packet?)

I didnt do cry packs, guest book or aisle runner. I wouldn't even have thought about doing these things so they were never missed. Also slipper baskets and I think I was the only one barefoot on the dance floor so I dont think they would have been used.

Definitely cut back a lot more with our budget. I spent more than necessary. It would had helped if time was not a factor. I would recommend to spend things on the big picture- venue, food/catering, drinks, florist, photography, video, DJ/band, dress, etc. For things like programs, cry packs, etc. you can cut back the cost with DIY projects.

The only thing on that list that I did have were favors. I didn't really even consider any of the others and I don't think anything was missed.

The only thing i did on your list was favors.... i felt like everythign else would be a waste... turns out favors were a bit of a waste as well since lots of people didnt even take them home! and ps: they were edible! i think my guests just overlooked the separate table i had them on
