your mom/FMIL as a gift? I want to do something different than the poem in a picture frame with a picture of me/us in it. TIA

what about jewelry? I was going to do jewelry, but my dad buys her all she wants, maybe i'll just get her a little something along with what my original plan was. I wanted to give my mom a really nice porcelain doll, they are very sentimental to her.

I'm giving my mom a precious moment of mother and daughter on her wedding day.
I am giving fh's mom a handkerchief that says 'Thank you for raising the man of my dreams!' (hey..she has done NOTHING for this wedding! She's lucky she's getting that!)

I don't yet I was thinking the precious moments thing for my mom but I'm not sure, I am also thining about giving her something small now and after the wedding paying for a picture to be blown up on a canvas print..i bought her this in the past and she loved it so maybe I'll do that
