The song we want is so obscure, we doubt the DJ will even have the CD - we may need to give him a copy of ours - but I'm just curious what you all are doing out there!

I have also been trying to come up with one... we love so many songs.. I can't decide.. I mean your song is forever.... how can you decide on one???????
my dj said he has a listing of these we can look through.. maybe your dj/band has this available....

Our first dance is 'What Would I Do Without You? by Ray Charles. Our second song is Edwin McCain's 'I Could Not Ask For More.' I love the way Ray sounds singing the song and it has a lot of meaning to us. When FH got sick last year, we would dance to it every night and be thankful for each other.

This is what FH and I are thinking of using!! I love it and it's not used very often!! I don't like many ballads so this is better for us. The only song that is 'us' is 'everybody hurts' by REM b/c FH would come over to my house after school in HS and play this almost every day (I was dating someone else at the time- we were just friends) and go home! He can be so dramatic!! He always says 'I was so strange' when I remind him of that! Can't use that as a wedding song!
I love 'This Will Be' don't know who sings it and the next song that FH and I think of as ours is 'Obla-di obla-da' by the Beatles...SO many to choose from!!
