My rsvp date is tomorrow and Im still missing 30 rsvps (60 ppl)...i dont know what to do..i had FMIL call most of them to beg them to send it and she did...now were not even talking to her so we cant ask her to do it again..i dont kno what to do at this point

Give it a week. I got a lot of RSVPs after our deadline. If you're still missing some then, and you will be, you and FH should get on the phone and make the calls. Or you can have someone in your BP do it for you.

We recently sent out invitations for everyone to share our wedding day with us, however, did not receive a reply from you yet. Please send out your R.S.V.P. as soon as possible so we can give our reception hall the proper head and food count. We won't be hurt if you're not coming, we just need to know either way. Look forward to hearing from you.

IMO, that probably won't work... and it will take too long. it's better just to call. put the onus on them - 'i never received your RSVP, and i have to give the RH a final count.' end of story.

No--focus your energy on other, more productive stuff. We're still waiting on RSVPs, and our wedding at the end of the month. By the end of the week, I'm asking family/friends to follow up on the missing replies.

I agree. If they didn't send back the RSVP, mailing them another 'reminder' is not likely to result in a response. It's one of those things where you just have to s*ck it up and make the calls, send the e-mails, etc.

i'd wait a few more days... they will still come in after the date... once a few days goes by... then start calling.

Give it a week then call them, just ask them if they have sent it and if they have will they or wont they be attending b/c you havent received it. We got alot of late RSVPs

Yeah, I waited til 5 days after the RSVP date and then started calling. Remailing will be a waste of time and money. Just call, email after the RSVP date. GL, I bet you will get a bunch over the next 2 weeks.
