What Would You Do?
Your immediate boss takes off on an extended vacation to nowhere .. and a significant project gets dumped on you .. boss comes back .. and steps into a position of taking credit for the project despite still not being hands-on on the project behind the scenes since returning from vacation, though somehow has managed to be a road block for continued progression.
Do you accept the misrepresentation and that you're just a p-on .. or do you make sure your hardwork is acknowledged by the organization .. which would mean going to the big bosses and somehow diplomatically explain all the hard work you put into the project (that basically has now stalled since absent boss has returned and is lazy and doesn't see things through).
