I would just let the bride know the reason you weren't there, being that you weren't invited, but I wouldn't make a bigger issue out of it since it was out of the bride's control, and you don't want to stress her out.

i agree with all the above posters and think you should mention something to the other BP and the bride. not to cause drama but to just express your feelings about the situation.

yeah i would be pissed. I mean the long island girls are making an effort and being nice and inviting them and they then go and do their own out of state thing?? (which probably was crap anyway because us long island girls know how to throw a party anyway......lol!!) i wouldn't want to start drama and put the bride in a tough situation but i might just send an email to one of the other girls saying next time include everyone.......

I would be annoyed, if you were courteous to invite them to the LI parties then they should have also extended invites to their out-of-state parties.
I would keep my mouth shut just to keep the peace but if they did something else that pissed me off I would definitely bring it up.

I would be really pissed off and annoyed I think thats extremely rude and inconsiderate. I don't really know what I would do depends on how well u know the other girls. I would probably keep my mouth shut cause I wouldn't want the bride feeling uspet...

I would purchase a small gift off the registry send it the bride and say 'Sorry I missed your shower, wish I would have known about it!' or something... that way she knows you would have been there if you were invited, but it doesn't get all drama filled.

Yep, I agree with Joanna.... not to add any drama for the bride to deal with, but let her know that you would have liked to send something or do something if you and the other half of the bp in LI knew about it... but you didn't. I wouldn't want her to think any of you didn't care. Not that she would...but you know.
