So my first wedding expense needs to be paid for. At signing of contract I need to give the band a $2,000 check. I had money in my wedding account but when FH & I went to purchase our car I had to pay my school loan in full otherwise we wouldn't get approved for the car loan. I had no choice but to take the money out of the wedding account.
So I basically screwed myself. I can't ask FH to lay out the money because he is already paying for his share of wedding things. Same with my parents. I have no idea what to do. Any advice would be helpful at this point. I have been sitting at work miserable all day. I have just wanted to cry all day. This stinks.
Please offer some help.

yup. Talk to the vendor about possibly doing a payment plan. Like 4 payments of $500.

i agree. he knows you paid your loans for the car...
so have him pick this up (or split it with your mom)...and you pick up the next expenses that will come in a few months...

ITA and can I add that soon it will all be the same money. Your share, his share...whatever, if you're both contributing and doing your best don't nickel and dime one another.
