What would you do?

Ok

We picked up our proofs last Friday and I asked if they could turn around a few prints quickly for my grandmother's 90th birthday party. The party is this weekend.

They said no problem....email us the images you want and we will print them and overnight them. If you send them to us by Monday, we will have them to you by Tuesday. Tis was an exact quote.

I sent an email Sunday night with the images and I specified that I must have the images by Thursday. He asked me when I needed them and I responded

' we are leaving Friday morning, so Thursday at the latest.'

Well....they still hadn't arrived as of last night, so I emailed them last night to check.....and he writes back. Oh yeah, they are printed and you will have them tomorrow.

What? Are you kidding? Did you actually read my email?

I have no way of picking them up today and I am so pis sed.

What on earth do I do?

Frankly I want him to email me the high res images and I will go effing print them myself

Where is the photographer located?? I would email them back the email they sent you/you sent them, and tell them that you need them today as stated, and as promised. If they can't, tell them to email to you since you will have to print them yourself. I would definitely state your disappointment.

My dad might be able to go get them.....but I am just so annoyed

they can messenger them! or personally deliver to your fathers. I would def try and get them to hand deliver to your dads then. If you show them the email they will feel obligated. I would be annoyed too!!!

Ugh...but he was still like, oh I thought you said this weekend...and I was LIke, u, I DID email you that we were leaving Friday and needed them Thursday at the latest.....then he was silent

Aked if he could send them to my hotel in Mass. I was like, no. Can you drop them off today?

Not to be a b*tch, but I asked if this was possible, I followed the rules that they told me.....I am not trying to be difficult!
