what would you do (regarding adding to the guestlist)

FH just joined a band about a month ago. I met the guys in the band (and their significant others) on Saturday and they all seem very nice. Should we invite them to the wedding?

It would mean 8 people (4 guys and their wives / girlfriends).

I don't really want to add almost an entire table for these guys (a full table is 10-12 people) BUT i know FH kind of wants to have them there.

what would you do?

ETA: FH and I would have to pay for them on our own and we (unfortunately) aren't made of money.

I think they should understand if they are not invited since he has only been playing with them for a month. Your guest list was obviously completed prior to him joining the band.

B list them.....they will never know (unless they know people invited to the wedding other than you and FH). When you get enough no's, you can extend the invite to them.

yep. that's what i'm doing for some people. we don't have the $$ and we can't afford more than what we're inviting, so when people start rsvp'g no we'll send them to other 'b' people.
