I would go for the Viennese table, how many of your guest eat seafood? I know a lot of my guest that don't eat seafood, and I don't want to waist money on something that I can put towards something else.

If you want to save money, I would get rid of both. If you want to keep one, I would keep the seafood bar... In my experience by the time Vienesse Hour rolls around, people are so full they load up their plates with dessert but hardly eat it.

I would keep the seafood bar. Even though theveinesse is cheaper I know the weddings that I have been to alot of people don't bother with the vienesse tables. JMO

Hmm, if you're looking to save $$ then just skip both. But if you really want one then I'd go with the seafood bar. I've always felt that your wedding cake is the dessert and by the end of the night (with so much food all night long) the viennese table is often left untouched.

If you are looking to save money i would say neither. The viennese hour to me is just too much. Your guests will be so full by then.

Pick one of the two - I would go w/the Vienesse b/c it's something in addition to dessert where not everyone likes cake. No need for the seafood,b/c there's plenty of CH and dinner food! I also don't like seafood...so I'm biased.
