I could get pregnant, have the baby and loose the weight before the wedding because it's so far away...

On a serious note, I am not sure what I would feel - but I would imagine very happy/excited. FH and I have been together for 8 years, so I guess we had enough 'pre-baby' time.

then some hmm i can loose the weight before the wedding!

LOL, but I'd really like to wait about a year or 2 after the wedding for baby
