my budget was about $50K and that's what i'm looking at right now, about $50K total with EVERYTHING (rings, honeymoon, dress, hall, flowers, band, invites, etc. etc.).

Our budget is 23K, not including my dress and makeup and hair and all that or HM. Will prob be 30k after adding all that in! We really can't afford more. We got a little help from his dad, and no one else is in a position to help. It sucks because I'm an only child, but my mom really can't afford to help me right now (she might be getting divorced from my dad, who hasn't worked in about 3 years so they are nearing broke and she needs to save what she can in case she has to pay alimony!) and FH mom and stepdad really can't help us either. FH dad said they had some more money to give us, but he just got laid off. They will be just fine, but really shouldn't be saving that money for themselves. FH's bro got a lot of help with his wedding years ago, but everyone was in such a better position.

Actually, The budget is 40,000 but we're currently at 44 and change with the estimated costs of the stuff we have left to book/purchase.

brides dont like it bc it is on Hempstead Turnpike and the outsides of it it is Not so great, But We Fell in love with the insides and even though it is not so cute in the outside.. the inside makes up for it.. Plus all the great deals I have...
