I bet they inflated the price b/c of the date 9/10/11....It's a hot button for all these halls I heard.

brides dont like it bc it is on Hempstead Turnpike and the outsides of it it is Not so great, But We Fell in love with the insides and even though it is not so cute in the outside.. the inside makes up for it.. Plus all the great deals I have...

hmm..my pricing is as low as i can get it while being budget conscious and classy! haha. I must adjust and readjust my budget almost everyday but I try to keep everything in mind in terms of what i can cut and what i cant! I'm not trying to go into debt with this wedding! Plus we are paying for everything in cash! no credit card payments for us! Thats how they get you!

I think I'm in denial about this. We are still in the very beginning stages. The RH total alone makes me want to cry,lol!
I just have faith that well figure it out - weddings are solo expensive!!

Our budget is about 60 K

FH and I are trying to save 28,000. We are a little more than half way there.

His parents are paying for the hall which will cost them around $30,000 with upgrades.

I got yelled at last night by FIL's for being 'too budget conscience'. Even though FH and I are being gifted this wedding from our parents, I told them I wanted to stay within budget and now that we are getting close to that number I am freaking. But FFIL said last night to stop worrying about money since it's not mine to worry about. As of right now, we think we will be within 5K of the budget when all is said and done.

our small inexpensive wedding just crossed the 44k mark and is still going up. We go the hall with a package then strayed completely from the package getting rid of everything plus I paid for 1600 for my girls dresses because they all paid for dress for my last wedding my ex-fiance mother called off and most got rid of the discontiues style so new dresses for everyone. . . . .

***every last dollar is mine and fh. I just finished paying off the credit cards from the wedding that was called of in january So to be smart this time all cash. I feel broke all the time
