What's AF like off of the pill? TMI?

I've been off for 2 months now. Teh first month my AF was the same as it was on the pill, no or little cramps and right on time. I have been on the pill so long I forgot what a regular AF is like. I am 4 days away from my AF visit and my right boob is so soar! Is this typical?

My DH and I have been very careful so I dont' think I'm preggers yet. I have been getting a bit of cramping and it feels like AF is coming.

I am going out tonight and want to have a glass of wine but if there's a chance I might be preggo I don't want to have it. I am craving it though!

My AF got shorter and lighter off the pill....and I've been off since April. My cramps have gotten a little more severe than when I was on the pill (not really bad, just more noticeable and a little more uncomfortable) and my cycles got longer (29-37 days long)

FYI: I was told that anything you do before you know you are PG or not is ok...so have that glass of wine!
