Whats Cooking Tonight?

I think I am going to make roasted Chicken in my Rotissere. Don't know what to make on the side...maybe creamed spinach or something.

Rib-eye steaks marinated in this cool marinade I found. They sell it at the supermarket. It's a ziplock bag with marinade in it, so you just put your meat in the bag, zip it up, and that's it! I got a Jack Daniel's BBQ marinade. It's so good!

Then we're also have fresh string beans and I don't know what else yet.....

I like baking them for myself but hubby won't eat it. I need to find some thing for hubby to eat on the side. Maybe I will make him a nice salad.

Re: Whats Cooking Tonight?

Kathy, how about a nice salad and you could roast red potatoes with rosemary?

Re: Whats Cooking Tonight?

I don't want to make potatoes because he won't eat them. During the week he is very particular on what he will eat. On the weekends then he will cheat a little.

Yesterday I was looking at him, I just can't believe how much weight he has lost. If you would of met him 6 months ago you would have seen the difference when you saw him on Sat. I am so proud of him.

Re: Whats Cooking Tonight?

Feb, that was what I was thinking, I'd have to somehow mask that it was cauliflower and just have him try it!
