FH is cooking dinner and i'm drinking wine talking u girls. hes making roasted chicken with potatoes and broccolli sauteed with garlic. YUM!!

i just got done with soontobemrsVPT's shower (fellow LIW bride)...and am sitting in her apt. looking at all her goodies.

Staying in..making dinner then will most likely watch some Disney movie with my daughter while my FH plays PS2.
That sounds good...I wish I had a bottle of wine..I could use some.
We're probably going to stay in tonight - I feel very blah today.

As soon as FH gets home, I'll be cooking din-din and then to FMIL to cut her guest list...this should be a interesting night...Please wish me luck.. I am scared.

i am not sure if it will get here quick enough.....
But really I feel bad and all but FH and I want our friends there and we shouldn't have to suffer because she was 4 tables of friends...and didnt offer a cent to us....Is that rude?

yes its definitely RUDE on her part!!! i'm sorry, but if u and FH don't know her friends and she wants to invite them then she should pay for them end of story.

Ha! Good luck. I feel your pain. We tried this with FMIL last week and I got 'I just don't see anyone that I can cut,' and when I said 'well, FH has cut about 10 friends and I had to cut a few' all she said (in a chipper voice) was 'Oh good!'
I'm waiting for FH to get home from ATVing and hoping to talk him into going out to dinner. Otherwise it's a movie night.

We were out today registering and were up early for our pre-cana orientation. So, we are just watching football and ordering pizza.....then I think it is early to bed for me!
