FI and I made a joint resolution - in addition to the obvious ones like lose weight, drink less coffee and diet coke, save money (ha!).....we also resolved to take one night a month and go out by ourselves for a quiet dinner. We're both work-a-holics, especially on home repairs, and we often go 8-10 months without getting out for some alone time (we've lived together for 3 years). When we do go out, we always seem to be with our firends - and while they're great - some us time would be wonderful!

Fh & I had a similiar resolution...We said that at least once a month we are going to go out on a date like the old days. It is very rare that we get to go to a dinner & a movie without another couple. We both think the alone time is going to be great!

Of course mine is to lose weight, here is my goal...
Unless I have gone to the gym I AM NOT ALLOWING MYSELF TO GO ON LIWEDDINGS!!
Hopefully, it will be the motivation I need. Since tonight is my first night back, I figured I would go easy on myself and check liweddings first.
