We just had turkey meatloaf (they really need a new name for meatloaf...), mashed potatoes, gravy, and a mixture of leftover veggies: roasted corn (trader joes) and green beans with thin-sliced garlic!!

Dominos Cinnastix for dessert (leftover from the weekend...)

Maybe some champagne too. We were going to drink our engagement gift during the Giants game, but we forgot to put it in the fridge...

FH cooked a teriyaki steak dish with pasta shells. it was delicious...FH usually cooks because he is home by 4 pm and I get home around 7-8 pm.
