I am making a sort of low fat buffalo chicken. I am using thin sliced chicken with Frank's red hot. I am craving buffalo wings and I know how fattening they can be so this is my version that's low in fat lol. I will also be making veggies.

mmm buffalo wings sounds awesome.
I am gonna make shrimp. Sometimes i make it scampi but most of the times i play with it and make my own sauce but usually playing off the same ingredients of butter, white whine, lemon, the seasonings ill change up. I know dh is going to want this with rice and beans but im trying to think of a different side dish. I have to wait until he gets home after the game though so who knows when we'll eat dinner

yeah dh always wants it about once a week. I need to make a healthier version though, maybe i'll leave out the butter
dh made homemade sauce on fri, so we still have leftover, i think im gonna have that instead though while he eats the shrimp.

I have a healthy version. You have to marinate the shrimp in a zip lock back with 2 tablespoons of oil. You can put whatever seasonings you like but I usually put lemon juice, oregano, fresh garlic, salt, red pepper and parsley. Marinate in refrigerator for a 1/2 hour and then grill.

it does sound very good that way. Its alot of what i use, i also use red peppers, parsley, fresh garlic, lemon, but then i add the butter and white wine to it too lol, so i think ill leave that out this time, the butter isnt helping at all.
