no fat refried bean burrito, with reduced fat mexican cheese and salsa, and 2 glaases of water and a sugar free jello. I am on Weight Watchers. Kind of a blah lunch but at least I am filled up for the moment.

salad with avocados, tomatoes, chick peas and black olives with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
