What's for Lunch?

I'm staaarrrrrving..and its not even 12 o'clock yet!!

Leftovers:

Last night I grilled Italian sweet sausage and then sliced it on an angle and grilled the slices so it would be nice & crispy all around.
I sauteed mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and added a can of plum tomatoes, garlic, onion, fresh basil and added the sausage to make a quick sauce and served it over rigatoni.

My usual eggs. coffee and toast.
