I am gonna have eggwhites, turkey, swiss on whole wheat. But i went in the dining area just before and had 2 finger sandwiches that were delicious. Thats the bad thing about having your own dining area at work, you just walk in the back and pick at things. There were platters of min wraps, finger sandwiches, home made tortilla chips, salsa and a bunch of other things.

Oooo chips and salsa is my favorite. I would be eating that all day...lol

yeah sounds yummy but dangerous!
well since i am at home today i made some scrambled eggs and a whole grain english muffin with cheddar cheese on top. not the healthiest since i decided to use the whole egg and put butter on the english muffin....but i wanted it! normally when i am at work i have turkey on a whole grain pita with romaine lettuce and honey mustard....then i have raw carrots with hummus on the side.
