i really hate whole wheat so i get small slices of white bread hoping that will make a difference LOL

FH Is obsessed with these too! He dips them in the sugar free/ fat free pudding I make..

either a salad or split pea soup. leaving to go get it now & will decide when I get to the deli

WONDER makes a white bread that has all the same calories/fat/fiber, etc. of wheat bread....look for it!
