half of a everything bagel with tuna lettuce and tomato...I have been cheating like crazy but it was good lol

I just read in Womans World Magazine, from Nov.17th, that the selenium in tuna, helps fight the flu,by stimulating the cytokines and gamma interferon of one's immune system, that ' wash a virus out of one's system'. Mary MOB

I just read in Womans World Magazine, from Nov.17th, that the selenium in tuna, helps fight the flu,by stimulating the cytokines and gamma interferon of one's immune system, that ' wash a virus out of one's system'. Mary MOB

Grace, they are fantabulous!!!!! Wish you could enjoy them with us!!!! BTW, a story about the name, Grace, or Gracie, in this case. Donna just shared that her FSIL and Husband, Karen and Joel, just got a pit bull puppy, and were trying to think of a name. At the same time, Donna's FMIL, also Karen's, was trying to think of a name. She explained that because pit bulls have been known to be mean, she thought about names that would be just the opposite of mean. So, when Joel called his Mom, to tell her they came up with a name, Jayne told him to say his name before she said the name she came up with. Both of them, Mom, DIL and Son, said 'Gracie'!!!!!! Cool, huh??!!!! Grace is a beautiful name!!!!! Mary MOB

The article is entitled ' Fighting off the flu with a tuna sandwich' and they also say, 'For maximum effectiveness: Eat two 3-oz. servings weekly.' BTW, this particular issue, if you can still find it, is one of the best I've ever read!!!!! Chunk full of cool stuff!!!!!!! Good for medical info!!!!! For instance, in another issue I have, it stated eating chicken, can predispose to UTI infection!! I didn't know that!!!! And I have a lot of UTI's!!!! So anything to reduce them is good to know!!!! Mary MOB

I am having one of those Smart Ones - Ravioli Florentine. I don't love them usually, but I was too lazy to prepare a lunch...so they are great for that! I am also having a salad on the side. FUN!
