Whats next...
So I got the pre-approval letter - I guess I now look for a house - Once we put a offer in what is our next step....

When you find a house, and if your bid is accepted then you need to bring and engineer in ASAP!! Then if that report comes back to your satisfaction you call your mortage broker or bank and they will lead you from there!!Good luck!
