For us it's leaving a deposit and signing the contract with the florist and videographer, save the dates, and looking into a shuttle to and from the hotel.

We just booked our officiant and I got my MU lady. So now I'm up to ordering the BM dresses which should be pretty easy, already have it picked out. Still have 1 more girl to ask tho, hope she says yes!!
