Whats on the healthy lunch menu today

I got turkey and tomato on whole wheat bread. I left off the cheese and mayo!!

I just had some cut up carrots and peppers. I'm going to wait a little bit and then have a piece of grilled chicken with vegetables.

I am going to have turkey with mustard on Pepperidge Farm light whole wheat bread and that's it.

I dont know whats for lunch yet. U have to go to the supermarket. Maybe yogurt and soup!

so far I had one of those sabre garlc hummus cups with pretzel chips...and a clementine...waiting for the chef to make lunch around 2pm for the staff....chili lime tilipia with tomatoes and corn

Salad with grilled chicken, cucumbers, carrots turkey bacon and egg whites. I didn't ask for a roll and stopped by duane reade to stock up on gum for that 3pm slump.

I ate my turkey sandwich and I am still a little hungry so I am going to have a cup of coffee. I used to be able to eat the sandwich with just turkey and be fine so I will have to suffer for a little bit until I get back into the swing of things. I will also have a snack later on. I think I'm going to have 100 calorie pretzel pack and for dinner grilled chicken and veggies. I am def going to be working out tonight.

I had 2 sushi rolls (with rice) so it wasn't THAT healthy!

i work in assisted living and we get a free meal during our shift. sometimes i eat it if it is something healthy otherwise i just eat one of the soups. it is a nice perk.
