What's one wedding element you don't care much about?

For me overall I have to say it's decor.

I'm not huge on the flowers and i don't think I want to go crazy with custom table numbers and placecard holders. I don't think I need uplighting and to me custom linens and chair covers seem like he ultimate waste of money

I must say it is limos for us..we are getting married at the RH so we are most likely not getting any

be careful what you claim is a 'waste of money'..im getting linens, chair covers and sashes, and adore them..they were one of the top things on my list

same here! i feel like my room like 10,000 times better with chair covers. they were like a #1 priority at every place i visited.

Decor isn't a big deal...It the RH looks nice and isn't gaughty then its all good!

I'm not a fan of videography. How many times are you gonna sit and watch your wedding? I rather spend money on a great photographer.

Flowers don't have to be overboard.

my shoes -- no one will see them
limos -- we're getting married at the rh so the only thing we would need them for is to take us to take pics beforehand
crypacks -- not doing them
favors -- i think they're stupid. i'm paying a ton of money for you to be at my wedding. why do i need to give you a gift for coming? if you want something to remember it by, take some pics!

grooms cake, brides and grooms gift the day of, transportation

We will have spent SO much money...We don't need to buy eachother another thing. As for transportation, we plan to have ceremony and reception in the same place so is it really neccesary for a limo to bring us there and sit outside for 5+ hours? ehh...

mmm I have to admit I am super detail oriented so I really would care about special touches in decor and menus...

I don't think there is nothing that 'I don't care much about,' I think attention to detail is important. The only thing I could think of that was mentioned is place cards.... otherwise, I believe that most things are in fact important to my overall fantastic wedding. lol

agree with this. also i don't feel as strongly about flowers as others. i am opting for low cp's and i am not decorating my church to save some money. i doubt my guests will remember that i didn't have an elaborate floral decor at my wedding... that is JMO though!

honestly, when i first started... nothing was important to me... now everything is important and i care about everything im doing... obviously there are things im not doing like cry packs... but those little things are what gives the wedding the personal touch

For us, things that we didnt think we needed or cared much about were things like

cry packs
programs (though in hindsight, with the dual faith, we should have)
chair covers
slipper baskets
bathroom baskets
Limos

Those were choices for us based on our style and things we had seen.,

i don't care about the limos that the BP are going in as long as mine is nice. Don't care about a video that i am gonna watch once.

I DO really care about the Decor . I went to school for interior design so everything matching is very important to me.

I didn't care about favors (most ppl toss them ) so we did donations in lieu of. I also did want a video because you will always have footage of the ppl who mean the most to you, but I didn't care about spending a ton of $$ on it because (JMO) you don't watch it as much as you view your pictures. Also didn't care about an e-party, groom and bride gifts (our wedding and HM were our gifts to each other!) or which limo we had as long as it was white...or cry packs. I always thought they were a little presumptuous.

We didn't care about limos because we got married at the RH which was in our town. In a world where I poop money I would have gotten a Bentley to pick me up and then have it for pics for a few hours.

We had our ceremony and reception at our RH and we had the limos drop us off and pick us up. Just an option if you do want them :)
