I'd say flowergirl.... I think Juniors are more preteens-early teens

i'd say flowergirl. my cousin is 12 and is a Junior BM. I'd say the cut off is maybe around 9 for FG

I would say 10-13 for a jr. bridesmaid unless she is really tall.older looking than she should be a regular bridesmaid.
10 and below for flower girl.
