I have optimum and I think it's the best. Everything is so fast. I've had it for about 3 years now and no problems at all.

Forgot to answer your question. Optimum is a cable modem. It's part of Cablevision.

Yay! Thanks for responding so quick
Another Q - How much is it per month? I heard a promo thing on the radio about 6 months for $29.99 but I was wondering how much it is after that.
Thanks

I love my optimum online!!
We pay $39.99 per month PER COMPUTER (Ouch!!!)
I think the $29.99 promo is only if you install it yourself which I do NOT reccommend - each time we had them in to do the computers, it took the cable guy close to 2 hours!!

The upstairs computer is $39.99- we pay 19.99 cause it is the 2nd computer in the house.

My hubby installed ours, but he's a computer tech. so it was easy for him. However, according to him it is easy for the average person to do.
