What's the easiest way to assign seats?!
Hi guys! I'm getting ready to begin arranging and assigning our tables. Tell me your tips and tricks....
I've started with just a word dock with each table number and 1-10 or 12 depending on how many can be seated at each table and just stared filling in names from our list but now that I've approached the need to do some rearranging it's not going so good... plus I know I'm going to skip someone!
I was thinking (because I've seen it done on tv) to get a piece of poster board with a post it flag for each guest.
Have you done this or anything else that went smoothly?![]()
